Really hard to say it was a positive experience.Sent my car to do service, received SMS said a replacement car is ready for me to use, which was NOT the case while I asked for the replacement car. Then tried to have a look the latest new energy car offering. Met a sales consultant really interested which country I came from. I know I'm not white and tried to avoid the question, and resulted in I been followed up for the race and original country I came from THREE times. The reasonable car service quality made me rated 2 star.

I could not speak any higher of this dealership.We had to pick up a spare part for an older model from Mercedes-Benz Brisbane and accidentally ended up driving up some levels deep into the heart of the building.I think we had entered what looked to be some sort of service book-in level, but when we exited the vehicle we were in EVERY member off staff we had any sort of interaction with couldn't have been more helpful; in particular the lady with the glasses in the service area and the lady with dark ish red hair (I think?) behind the desk as you walk into the showroom quarters from the service area, as well as the majestic bearded bloke in the parts room.Even though we only needed help with directions to the parts department they seemed genuinely interested in helping us and were so kind about it.As licensed motor dealers we are constantly in and out of different dealerships and various vehicle suppliers/departments. The faces of Mercedes-Benz Brisbane sets them apart from the rest by a long shot. Those we encountered probably don't realise what an impact such a short customer interaction can have.All of this was over a $2 O-ring we needed, and it really goes to show what a good bunch of people they are. It seemed we were treated the same as if we were there to buy a brand new AMG.And don't even get me started on the building and the cars, it is seriously impressive and absolutely spotless. I didn't notice a single piece of rubbish or dust or anything. The cars are masterpieces, especially the higher end models, truly pieces of art.It's clear when you purchase a Mercedes-Benz you're getting more than just a car, it's the whole experience and I honestly see the value, as a whole it really is something else.Who would've thought a quick parts run could be such an eye opener. Thank you to all.The cafe underneath is amazing as well if you're feeling a bit peckish.Sincerely the backwards hat singlet wearing bogans in the dirty old Toyota.

The worst service I have ever experienced from any car dealership - MB owners - don't go near this incompetent mob ... my experience was nothing short of a joke ...and its not the first time either.They had my car for over 2-weeks to address an issue ... I couldn't even get anyone to return my calls for the first week ... very busy" "staff sick" etc were eventually given for the delay ... another week went by ... still couldn't get a response.Eventually got my car back ... $12

C300 2022 first service. Overall service experience was inconsistent with expectations of the Mercedes brand. Online booking I thought was confirmed but not. I received a follow up call re an outstanding issue found and advised at delivery. Over 12 months I have reported the issue and sale/service department still failed to correct it at my scheduled service. Attitude of booking staff on phone poor to the extent that I asked and spoke to the manager and filed a complaint. Service personnel communication at drop off and pick up were excellent. No service plan offered rather I had to ask for information. Brand consistency of interaction is an issue with Mercedes. If you are trying to be a technology company at the standard of Apple you have some way to go yet.

By far the most beautiful car showroom I’ve ever visited. I was like a kid in a candy shop walking around the dealership as it was just amazing! All the staff were very friendly and helpful even though we weren’t there to actually buy a new Mercedes. I’d like to try their cafe the next time I’m there too. Highly recommended

The best Mercedes Dealer in Brisbane. If you drive a Mercedes, old or new, this dealer is the only place you'll need to go. I have bought many parts from them, as they are usually cheaper and provide overnight shipping, compared to any aftermarket business. I love driving into this dealership and walking through their showroom. Being greeted by well-presented, friendly staff and experiencing a very modern and beautiful dealership which consists of multiple floors. I have been to Taringa Mercedes-Benz in the past, and that was OK, but this is what I'd call a Proper Mercedes Dealer. It's not just another dealer.
