Dr Ram is talented, sincere, genuine and an absolute powerhouse of wisdom in his field of being an alternative medical practitioner in Ayurvedic medicine.Regular self care is a priority for myself and i love nothing more than an Ayurvedic massage and steam bath. Dr Ram Bhandari is a very experienced and sincerely caring practitioner devoted to the healing and well-being of his patients. I undertook a 3 week Panchakarma treatment under his care (April-May 2022). Ayurveda and Dr Bandhari's traditional treatments are tailored to individual needs. My mental, emotional and physical health have all improved in this short space of time. I am continuing post-treatment care with Dr Bandhari so that I can gradually transition to a healthier way of life and diet that suits my nature and supports me to create sustainable harmony and well-being in my life.
