We had the most enjoyable and stress-free time planning our wedding and I think a lot of that came down to the professionalism, flexibility, friendliness and just all round relaxed nature of the team at BoxGrove. From the moment we stepped on the property, we were welcomed by Kayla, Mel, Ben and Ben and throughout the whole planning process, we were never made to feel annoying or demanding. All of our questions were answered within a day and all our stresses quickly disappeared! This team created our incredible day, it was everything we could have hoped for and more. From the accommodation, to the salon, the customised bar to the friendly faces the morning after (cleaning up all our mess!!), the BoxGrove team were just amazing. My husband and I can't recommend them enough! Six months on and we are still hearing from our guests what a great time they had and I put a lot of this down to the experience the BoxGrove team provides. We can't speak highly enough of BoxGrove! We picked BoxGrove for our wedding last year after a few friends recommended we looked round. We got married here 3 weeks ago we couldn't have picked a better location or a better team! From the start, Kayla was friendly and welcoming. She accommodated all of our questions and requirements, checking in all the way to the big day. The whole team out at BoxGrove had the place looking flawless. I would strongly recommend the styling package, guests were blown away by the flowers and table decorations. Thanks to everyone involved for making our big day so special!

What an absolute dream!! BoxGrove is a beautiful venue with a gorgeous barn, ample accommodation, stunning scenery, an onsite salon & incredible owners. Kayla, Melissa & their partners Ben & Ben were a delight to work with. The team went above & beyond to ensure that our day was nothing short of perfect - & perfect it was!From our first meeting, to virtual catch ups & a couple last minute panic phone calls, nothing was ever issue & Kayla was always one step ahead of us. We can not thank the team enough & cant not fault a moment working with Kayla or our day.We have so much love BoxGrove & the Team - we hope to visit again soon.P.s. our guests are still drooling over the breakie wraps.

Words can’t even describe how amazing the experience was at boxgrove. The girls made our wedding day so stress free and I highly recommend having your wedding at boxgrove. I cannot wait to hopefully go back as a guest at some point! All our guests commented on how well run the day was and how beautiful the property was. The girls were accommodating at every point and never made anything difficult.

Having been a part of hundreds of spectacular weddings as a DJ and MC, BoxGrove has to be one of my favourite wedding venues and I would highly recommend them to my clients. The venue itself appears to be built with attention to detail, very well maintained and serviced with staff who are friendly and professional. This venue has a great range of different open spaces with a main building that has a modern appearance yet warm lighting which makes it very welcoming. Your guests are sure to be impressed by this venue.

The one thing BoxGrove offers that no other venue in NSW (that I could find) offers is the ability to turn your wedding day into a weekend by having 38 of your nearest and dearest stay with you. Covid had us toing and froing over whether to go big or elope, and if we were going to go big, we wanted to spend quality time with our guests to make it all worthwhile.It was so much more worthwhile than we ever could have imagined. The backdrop and facilities are just stunning and so well thought out. Kayla, Melissa, Ben and Ben are the ultimate professionals and being a family business, the knowledge and experience they shared was invaluable. They truly had our back from start to finish. The other thing that made our day as easy and seamless (and therefore memorable) as possible was having everything on site, from the salon (Luxe) to the awesome wet weather options for peace of mind.Thank you for the most wonderful wedding experience. I can only hope that we’ll have friends get married at BoxGrove in future so that we can experience BoxGrove’s magic all over again!
