Purchased a Uniden XDECT 8355 +3WP unit that would not allow me to use 13, 1300, 1800 or any interstate numbers commencing with a 0 (zero). Requested a returns voucher which I got promptly requesting a replacement. That was 2 weeks ago. No response to date. Have I lost my money. Not sure as yet.

Do not buy from them , I made a purchase 3 weeks ago and still have not received any kind of contact . Have emailed & phoned no luck. Have contacted Visa and Paypal to try stop transaction

I bought a refurbished Uniden phone, it was faulty from the beginning, but we did not realised it. It lasted maybe eight months. Please avoid being conned by this company. They sell on eBay, Catch, Mydeals, etc. If Uniden refurbished the phones their reputation would be on the line. Only look at all the other low star reviews it is about phones.

brought akai 25l microwave with grill wich is owned by tempo ive had for 5 mounths n now its wont work i live queenland n to get refund ive have to to return it wish will cost me about $100 buy post so its not worth the trouble as ive made my mined up never to buy frm the company again or throught catch wat a total rip off n such a crapy microwave gill
