Pratt NT

Have just had my Jayco Sterling van serviced. The cost was very reasonable and the staff were very polite and treated me like a valued customer. Would definitely recommend. Oh BTW I heard the other side of the one star rating. Quite a different story.

Could not have asked for better service. No one would take my concerns with the fridge seriously. It was very temperamental in that the temperature fluctuations were a worry. Van is 18 mths old with a Thetford Fridge. We are on a 6 mth trip up from Perth. Went to Jayco in Darwin he said take it to Thetford Dealer down the road. Carol was so helpful and gave us a 2 Data Loggers that were in the fridge & freezer for 48 hrs. Took them back and details were sent to Thetford. 3 days later Carol rings up and says they are replacing the fridge under warranty. No one else had suggested the data logging to us but this is the only way to tell if there is an issue. I would definitely recommend PRATT NT CARAVAN REPAIRERS IN DARWIN. Had an employee JACK SULLIVAN BULLEN come to my home in the middle of the night and smash my window. Pratt NT, are these the kind of people you want working for you? So disgusted.

Outstanding work by Glen and the team at Pratts. Serviced my Jayco starcraft today. Mounted a jerry car holder and fixed a few outer issies. Could not be happier with the work and the price!!!

We had organised for repairs to our van about 6 weeks ago so that they had time to order in parts that we needed. When we arrived in Darwin we let them know we were here and they were still waiting for one part to arrive. We were impressed with the fact they would make the time to help us out when every other caravan repairer was saying they wouldn't have time for months. When our part had still not arrived we asked if they could do some temporary repairs for us and they fitted us in the next morning. We have been very happy with the friendly service here and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone needing repairs. As it happens we are stuck here for another two to three weeks so hopefully our part will turn up in that time.

Terrible customer service. Never returned calls. Waited days for a fridge to be installed that was sitting in their warehouse. Took all day to install. Job only half done. Excessive bill. Required further electrical work done elsewhere. Discovered that they are NOT the only licensed gas fitters for a 3 way fridge in Darwin. Local CP warned me not to use them after it was too late.

Great service by PRATT NT, was traveling and my fridge wasn't working on gas, i gave them a call and they arranged to come on site when I arrived at my location and the two service tech's were great to deal with.

I couldn’t use the water from the hose in my caravan only the water from the tank. The pump would come on even though it was off. Even when the caravan was turned off the power was still on the pump. After talking to 2 different part companies who couldn’t help with the problem Billy from Pratt NT kept testing and finally he found when the caravan was first built 2 yrs before they wired the main projector unit incorrectly. This also explains why in the past little problems I had were always electrical but no one new how to fix the problem until I called up Pratt NT. Well done

I rang because of a problem with my 3-way caravan fridge. They were unable to book me in before we leave town, but, WOW, the lady went above the call of duty to help me. Such great advice, and reassurance.Caravan fridges struggle in Darwin, but she took the time to give me great tips, and to answer my questions.This woman should teach customer service at a business college, she was great.

Started with good" service ..little over expensive.. Repair ineffective after 2 days . No help to rectify when100's kms away by then.. Promised ring backs.. never happened ! .(x 2.) B SA 2nd hexxy $$$ repair.. fixed it"
