Priceline Pharmacy Macquarie

Bad service. Went in today and young girl was rude and condescending to me, they have no idea of Priceline’s notices/offers and the girl tried to make me feel stupid? Shame on you and your store! Would not go there.

The staffs are goodNo complaints at all but the pharmacy never opens at 9 am on saturdays. We have to wait infront of the store for a long time to get inside .Please try to be accurate in timing . Thanks

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE PEOPLE !!Do not use them .. Ramy and irvanda are rude and disrespectful especially to the elderly Macquarie residents and they are also known to dispense used medication and the wrong medication (very dodgy) and if you wish to make a complaint ramy will tell you he is the owner when he is not fancy that !! He's obviously forgotten about his "status" profile under the priceline brand wich also indicates that he's not the owner aswell !! but yet he continues with it and will reassure you that you cannot escalate your complaint any further .. I just wonder how many people he's done that to given his poor performance levels and gotten away with it ?? And if you complain to priceline Australia they (rammy) will make up a story to have you barred ..They should not be dispensing important medication putting peoples lives at risk and behaving to the general public the way they are allowed to do so and instead of focusing on his "vanity" profile he should actually be focusing on doing the job that hes meant to be doing wich is dispensing medication properly.and being respectful to the general public especially to elderly people "you should shame yourself rammy' it must be hard to face people when you cant do your job properly and you resort to lying and disrespecting the elderly !! It must easier for you to do that than apologising !!just wonder if the wesfarmers chairman of the board is aware ?? Who cares !! Thanks sonny and kylie keep up the good work!!BTW has anyone noticed nobody goes there anymore especially the Macquarie Cook Aranda residents ..Notice : if you have elderly parents or know of any elderly people avoid this place it is so confronting the way they treat these elderly people eg You shut up now / dont speak / you ask too many questions / now you go to the back of the line or get out .Elderly people leaving the store upset tired unhappy confused embarrassed and disorientated.Fancy treating anyone like that ..These people are Disgusting !!"

Medication was not available. Staff and pharmacist were nice and contacted other pharmacies. I went to another pharmacy, as it was going to take a long time to have my medication ready. Whoever is responsible for stock management need to be retrained.

I usually go on Sunday to fill my partner's script, and the two gentlemen in the dispensary never failed to amaze me with their prompt service. I've never seen people waiting long for their scripts. I really appreciate their quick service. Five star for you guys !!

Didn’t find any better pharmacy than this for script to my mum. Dispensary technician Akash was really great, efficient and was step ahead for my task. Loved it.

I am both appalled and heartened by my partner’s recent visit to this store. I have been in isolation for the past few days with Covid, as such my partner has been getting my medication for me. But when she went in to get my scripts filled she was shocked to find that the dispensary is out of a number of medications, even over-the-counter stuff. You’d think that a pharmacist would have a duty of care to maintain stock levels of health related products, ie medication.I was going to give this review zero stars but my partner told me that the staff were very apologetic, helpful and also disappointed with their current stock issues. So I’ll give two stars just for the good service from the staff.

Twice now they have not notified when the medicine is ready for collection. Do not use for vital or time sensitive medicine. Hound them, phone often to find out if they have actually made up your medicine because they lack basic phone use skills.

This morning I phoned and asked about a flu shot and was told they were being done Monday through Wednesday and started at 10 AM. I asked if I could make a booking and was told just come in so I did and when I arrived was told they were starting next week. Not impressed!Since the pharmacy was sold to Priceline I have not been impressed with the way I am treated. In the past this was a wonderful pharmacy serving the community well.The man on the counter told me they were busy but there were very few customers in the shop so not sure why I was treated this way.

Not going back. Ordered scripts at 10am and arrived at 5pm to blank stares - 3 times! Funnily enough, I chatted to four people who had the same issue on the same day. I have changed pharmacies now. This place used be be amazing but since changing hands it’s gone down hill fast. The new pharmacist seems to move in slow motion and is also unfriendly. They have two staff including the pharmacist on to service busy periods.Interesting to note one of the reviewers here seems to have visited at least 14 Priceline stores in Vic, ACT, and NSW and had five star script filling experiences at each store. Are Priceline paying for reviews now?
