I highly recommend booking your child in with begin bright at hurstville. My son attended for 2 years and is far above his peers at school and I know its from the work done here. Mirette, the owner is just wonderful, professional and genuinely wants her program to improve a childs transition to school. She has only ever employed the best teachers who are warm, patient and friendly. It is like a second home from our home, that is how they have made us all feel and now my daughter is attending too. My son originally had some terrible issues with transitioning into the care of others and Mirette and her staff just made this so easy for him and he has enjoyed every lesson. It may only be an hour class per week but it is very intense and gets straight to the point so your money spent is extremely well utilised. I couldnt speak more highly of these people and the service they provide.

We were with Elite Tutoring for 3 years, when they was Begin Bright South Hurstville. We just left when my son went to high school. I can’t thank Mirrette and her wonderful team enough for their high quality in teaching and caring.

感覺不舒服, 會坑外國人.......那個老闆一直推銷一對一課程, 要求先對孩子做程度評估, 之前約的時候就已經說好評估30分鐘AUD$45, 2/6 中午12點, 到了之後老師卻還在上前一個約的一對一的課, 我們枯等了15分鐘之後才開始, 評估到13:00, 稍微說了一下孩子的狀況後說要收錢, 我不疑有他的拿信用卡給櫃檯老闆刷, 因為是感應卡且也不需要簽名, 然後刷卡機是正對老闆放背對我 (老闆站櫃台裡), 就直接幫我感應了, 結束事後看收據發現竟是刷了AUD$65, 刷卡時並未事先告知刷卡金額有變也未告知延長評估時間需加收費用, 與我妹夫(當初是妹夫去預約的)確認卻發現與當初講的結論不符 . 請妹夫幫忙打過去抱怨, 收錢的老闆竟然說她有講, 是我英文不好沒聽懂....我非常確定中間與她的談話完全沒有提到任何錢的事, 況且若是她說因為我自己英文不好沒聽懂的, 那表示她認為我英文不好還故意說給我聽當作是有提過了??? 擺明坑錢, 明明她有我妹夫 (當初與她直接接洽的人)的聯繫電話, 為什麼不打給他說?? 且評估進行中時我妹夫也有打來關切是否進行順利, 她都沒提, 很不老實......大家不要去這家, 老闆很愛推一對一課程, 我們是因為前一週按照課表報了團體課試上, 到現場發現根本沒學生在上課, 然後老闆就開始推一對一說要量身訂做, 結果變這樣.......感覺做生意不老實!!!尤其是會欺負外國人

Amazing place, they take the time to get to know your child and work with your child. They find a way to tailor a program just for you.Teachers are well trained and owner also understands the school curriculum very well.You will not be disappointed.
