I like shopping at Karalee woolies,I have only been here twice ,I always shopped at Brassall. Karalee is cleaner ,not as busy, well set out.Only issue today was the checkout guy was very short,like he didn't want to be there,when he finished he slid the last bag across the counter.I looked at him and said smile mate its not all that bad.I have a daughter who would do anything to have a job as a checkout chick.I will be back but won't be served by him again.

I had a minor medical emergency just before Christmas here. I was in far too much pain to remember much but what stood out was the care and help I had from the staff. Thank you to you all. Especially the gentleman who stayed beside me the whole time until my ambulance arrived.Apart from that, the atmosphere is friendlier than the Coles next door so we have been loyal customers for that reason alone.

Karalee Woolworths experience is positive if you meet the right staff. Mark who does customer service is welcoming and a great representative for that store. Some other staff need to learn his expertise and look like they want to be there. Also Kate in Dairy is helpful and nothing is an issue.

It's my favourite spot for buying groceries.Plenty of parking, great staff, good selection of common items, and a few uncommon ones also.Everything is fresh.Staff are the best aspect, friendly and helpful.

It's clean the staff are very friendly and helpful it's the best Woolworths in Queensland because I was truck driver and I delivered to most of the Woolworths in Queensland
