Johanna is always very professional, respectful and very approachable. I have been going to Metta Therapies for a couple of years and the quality of the massages are always consistently excellent. Having travelled more than 7000km including across the Nullarbor sleeping in swags I was ready for a massage with Johanna. I booked prior to my travels and the process was easy with Johanna quickly confirming the appointment. On the day, we agreed on the massage type and Johanna provided the most amazing therapeutic massage. She is highly skilled and professional throughout. I would recommend Johanna and Metta Therapies to anyone visiting Adelaide.

Jo is amazing. She works with you to understand what your needs are and provides guidance/advice on massage options before she starts. So you feel like you get a individual tailored experience not just another person for a massage. The oils are lovely on the skin and you don't finish feeling like too much oil on. Jo lets you know about any trouble spots you might have.Great location at topham mall, quick response time when booking appointments or just asking questions.Very happy to recommend Johanna!

After 6 weeks of walking, trekking, tramping, hiking around Australia, I booked a Thai foot massage with Johanna. The only thing I would change was to have made it longer! Johanna is a skilled practitioner and the massage was fantastic. The appointment was on time and professional. She offered as much information as I wanted and the clinic is in a great location in the CBD. The treatment itself was relaxing and rejuvenating and my feet and legs were ready to take on the day (and a walking tour) when we were finished. Highly recommend.

Jo is a very nice and kind lady, ive always had alot of back pain and jo very skillfully finds and relaxes the joints and muscles. Been there quite a few times will try to continue going there as often as i am able too, its just very welcoming and relaxing to the point that i nearly fell asleep on the table from of stress and pain relieved from my back. I'll always recommend her!
