Wellness Medicine

This is a great practice. Doctors, reception and nursing staff are friendly, approachable and professional. I feel safe and cared for in their hands!

I'm reluctant to even leave the one star minimum so I can submit my review.Great Dr who I was very happy with, terrible reception staff. When my partner and I had both our wallets stolen I had an appointment and said I could transfer of pay when my new card came through the receptionist said oh your card got stolen

I have been attending this practice for the past 18 years and have had excellent professional care especially by Dr Hickey who has a broad spectrum of qualifications with an holistic approach (which i like).I have found the reception staff and nurses to be helpful and very efficient. In all - an excellent experience

I’ve been going to Wellness Medicine for years, and they are by far the best clinic I’ve ever been to. I see Dr. Lydia Senycia. She is always kind and actually listens, and genuinely cares about getting to the bottom of complex health concerns. The reception staff are always warm and friendly, and very helpful. I recommend this clinic to everyone I know! Especially those with who have had horrible experiences with doctors. Everyone here is brilliant and lovely :)

Lydia is incredible, she really cares about your health, history, and journey, and spends a thorough amount of time with you. I recommend her to everyone. The clinic often runs late but that’s because she puts in so much time and effort with each patient.

Let me give a shout out to Wellness Medicine! I have been visiting this practice for some 15 years. I love that they offer complimentary and whole person approaches as well as the scientific side. I have been privileged to consult a range of the GPs over the years and have been always favourably impressed by the service offered. I enjoy being able to develop a health-relationship with a doctor - maybe a bit of an old school idea, but I really appreciate consulting with someone who knows my health journey and character and all the variations that has presented. And thumbs up too for the support staff who have also been consistently helpful in every regard. 100% recommended if great service is your cup of tea in a health provider.

I don't live locally and there are other medical practices closer but since a friend recommended Wellness Medicine to me, I've continually gone back to them. The kindness, professionalism and care from the doctors is exceptional and I always feel listened to. And I never feel like I'm being rushed out the door.

We had a very pleasant experience at Wellness Medicine, following one of the most difficult nights of our life with our 3 year old. The reception staff were friendly, kind and compassionate and completely went out of their way to accomodate and assist us. Our doctor, Dr Hickey, was also kind and compassionate and was very good with our daughter, who was apprehensive about coming. We also saw the nurse who was very friendly with our daughter, making her feel very comfortable too. We are extremely grateful to all staff for assisting us in our time of need!

I've been a patient at this clinic for years now and I've always found the doctors and staff extremely helpful. I have chronic conditions and the doctors here have helped with managing them, finding ways to make my life more comfortable, and actually listened to my concerns.
