Waypoint have been a wonderful company to deal with. From the moment we were recommended to contact them they understood our needs and goals in upgrading our IT systems. After 18 years with the same IT system they recognised it was going to be a big decision for the company.The communication was very clear and always kept us informed of what was happening and the time frame to get tasks completed.Once the system was installed and we slowly walked through the first few months with the new system they were always there to help out.I can only highly recommend Waypoint to anyone who is looking at making IT changes and bringing more efficiency to your buinsess.Thanks Waypoint.

Working with Rhys at Waypoint has been literally life-changing. For years I'd struggled with time management software and what I found was that the software being utilized wasn't important as the implementation and every use of the product. Accelo is a great tool but extremely confusing. In only a few hours Rhys has helped me redefine my work and be able to parcel it in manageable pieces and also have the ability to quickly pull up various historical work as well. I'm a software consultant for QuickBooks and Fishbowl Inventory so I can say that Waypoint is the consultant's consultant!
