MyCar has always provided excellent service (I've consistently used them while travelling Aus). Luke in the office was incredibly helpful and clearly explained what needed servicing on my car as well as advice on new tyres.

Open and honest mechanics. Have dropped in and asked to do quick checks/tests multiple times.They are Always happy to help. Just the other day a lady had her car looked at, sorted it out and an explanation of what happened. The lady asked how much ? He replied no it's fine. No charge. You Don't get that much anymore.

It’s been about 2 months since I came in and they said they’d order a part for me to fix my problem.At this stage, I’m convinced they just didn’t want to do the job as I haven’t heard anything from them. Every time I call it’s “we haven’t got it yet”. I can order the part online and have it delivered within a week.I would never recommend anyone use these people if you value your car. Lazy and unprofessional.I decided to come in again a second time after buying a new car because they didn’t get the part I needed to fix my old one, and because of their incompetence I nearly went without my car for an entire weekend and had to pay extra. There was no contact from them after dropping my car off, so I decided to come back right before they closed to come check. The car had been ready to go for 4 hours. Nobody called me and I would not have been able to come back the next day as they were closed for the weekend. On top of this, they also decided to do extra work without consulting me, that DIDN’T NEED TO BE DONE. This far exceeded the quoted price. And to top it off, they didn’t even do half the things listed on the service they were meant to do. I will never come back here again, and given I had a horrible experience at another Mycar too (There’s a review for that from me too, cheers Kyle), I will never use Mycar again to do a service.Also, this store frequently smells like BO, but the kind of BO that clearly has had no deodorant used on the person. The store stinks and the service is shocking.

I am curious about how they’ve got this high review. I visited twice but feel bad for their service. The most ridiculous thing is I booked a service for my car, but when I got there at the time they told me, they said it shows that I hadn’t booked!

Had a tyre repaired. They put the tyre back on the car and put the spare back under the car (hard job) all at not extra cost. Super friendly staff

Don't trust the guys from this branch of MyCar Tyre & Auto with information they give out. I moved from NSW to Melbourne. I called into their workshop and spoke to a young guy about if I needed a Roadworthy Certificate due to the age of my car and I was informed that even if my car was new and I moved from another State to Vic that I needed a Roadworthy Certificate. I booked an appointment for the Certificate to be done. When I dropped my car off I double checked with the Manager who wasn't there when I called in the first about me needing a Roadworthy Certificate and he said I did.I paid $198 and he failed me on the Certificate saying my Window tinting was the wrong percentage and I would have to get it fixed and told me I had 2 weeks to fix the issue or I would have to pay for another Roadworthy Certificate.I decided to ring VicRoads and I was informed that as my car was still registered in NSW and I had moved less then 3 months before that I didn't need a Roadworthy Certificate. So today I went in for my appointment to change my registration from NSW to Vic and was not asked once for a Roadworthy Certificate and now my car is registered in Vic.Be wary with this branch for being misleading.

I called up with an urgent issue, none of my brake lights worked... They provided excellent customer service and were able to help me trouble shoot over the phone, when that didn't work they told me to come in and they'd have a look, so 10minutes before closing on a Saturday I took my Lancer in and they got me back on the road in under 5minutes, problem fixed! If I could give 6/5 stars I would!!

Best place in croydon to go for a service. Thought my car would have died years ago but somehow they keep her going!Super easy people to deal with, Easy to understand when they explain what needs to be done or has been done to your car.They also don't charge an arm and a leg which is great!Best place to go, can't recommend highly enough.Cheers guys!
