Extremely poor customer service. The manager was rude and unhelpful, similar to the younger sales assistants which nudged each other unwilling to serve me. I am never returning to this store again, absolutely disgraceful.

Not as good as it used to be but still quite expensive. The store itself was fine and the service was fine, just not impressed by the product anymore. You seem to get less for more

Jennifer from the Eastland Melbourne store is amazing! Not only was she lovely, friendly, & knowledgeable on the products that would best suit my skin... she was also patient as I tried to control a stir-crazy 3 year old. Highly valuable employee! Went in the other day because my girlfriend got angry at me for looking old. Lovely lady in the store took care of me to the point that she wrote when during the day, how many times a day and in which order to use the products she sold me. She listened and gave me exactly what I was looking for. Thank-you again!

I made a purchase yesterday and was very impressed with the lovely staff member. I commented on how much I loved her 'her/she' badge and she said all of the staff wear them and it brings up lots of questions and makes conversations about inclusion and acceptance. How wonderful! Very impressed with not only the staff member but the principles of the body shop themselves

Treat you like family. Knowledgable, helpful, friendly employees. Always suggest new products i may like. Sometimes out of popular stock items, but i will always shop here rather than going online.
