New Machine! Yay!

paid for two washes .used the first code gave the second code to my daughter it would not recognize it she had to ask the drivers behind her to reverse how embarrassing.Took the no slip back told them what happened they said oh ye it some times does that I'll give you another one" 2days later attempts to use it no chance no not recognized. Fuming waited in the queue for 28 mins .i wll not be going back."

I would have given less , if not the great customer service of worker. I usually wash my car there , had some issues with the code before , but this time I got stuck and there were 2 cars behind me .So I called the emergency number and the salesperson first walked to me. After I have explained him what happened he walked to the service station, got a complimentary code and entered manually. Even though I wasted some 15 minutes but the guys effort really saved the BP another 1 star review. Plus first time for a long time the wash quality was not the greatest .

Good customer service- we went for a car wash before we handed over the car to a buyer, unfortunately during the cleaning the front number plate dropped off. We didn’t realise until we got home.We called up the pump and they were kind enough to check and let us know that it was therr!Thank you!

Very much a generic car wash. The most expensive option doesn't seem to do any wax. I have noticed some scratches in my paint that appear to be consistent with the way the cloth spindles hit the car, but I can't be certain it's related
