We ordered a vanity and mirror cabinet from Otti, both which were faulty. One item was replaced but the other was not, instead saying that we removed it incorrectly out of the box. We spent numerous days going backwards and forwards giving evidence that the fault was not caused by us and still they refused to replace the item, instead they offered a bracket to ‘fix’ the issue. Quite disappointing considering we were under the assumption that their products were of high quality, which after our experience they are not! I would not recommend
