SG Energy

Early this evening we lost power to the house. Unable to determine what caused the safety switch to go on, I contacted SG Energy. Instead of charging me for someone to assess and fix the issue, Sean advised 2 things that i can do myself to resolve issue. Applied his instructions and i was able to determine what electrical appliance caused the saftey switch to go on. Now we have full power again thanks to Sean and SG Energy at no cost to us! Thanks again Sean for a very quick reply (in the evening) and your clear instructions on what i can do to resolve the issue with safety in mind. I had SG Energy do a few jobs around my house and I must say they are the most professional electrical contractors I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Polite, very reasonable quote and they turned up when they said they would! (a quality that is becoming very hard to find in tradesmen). Sean and the guys go out of their way to complete the job to a high standard. I was extremely happy with the work and the extra finishing touches they did to really finish off the job to a gold standard.Highly recommend, 10/10. Have used SG energy twice and both times I cannot fault them. The first time was for an emergency and they went out of there way to come as quickly as they could. They were professional and very friendly and felt comfortable having them in my home with a young child. The second time was to add additional plug sockets in the kitchen, the workmanship was fantastic. Having to cut through kitchen titles, the job was very neat and they tidied up after the job was completed. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them. Will be using them again for future jobs.
