Bought an electric guitar and amplifier from this store yesterday, the output on the guitar was broken so I brought it back to the store, the 2 bumbling idoits that I spoke to were useless and not very helpfull at all, I've been playing guitar for 30 years and told them what the problem was and they said they had to send it to southern music and get a quote, then if it's cost effective" they will have it repaired. What a joke

She was so helpful, and months after I bought my ring I got a surprise of the ring authentication and a cute little note! She didn’t have to take the time to send it but did anyway. Thankyou! ❤️

Staff member lied to my face changing the initial price given on an item that I sold to them.Did have a couple of good experiences with other staff but some staff need to be honest and consistent.

Brought a faulty item from here, they gave me a 3 month warranty I tried to uses my 3 months warranty a few hours later they would not fix the item let alone refund it because they apparently couldn't see anything wrong with the item when it's performance was slow and told me to take it back home and try it again. Did that and it's still not working up to the standard it's meant to. Don't bother wasting your money or time here. They are unprofessional and can't provide decent service!!!!

Brought a smart TV from them which was really well priced, only to get it home and it not work. staff were nice about it & did allow me to return it, but items like this should be tested more often in store to ensure they're working before sale.

I think they a joke, Offer low ball on what it worth. I was asking my Aquamarine ring with valuation of $7790 and they’re just offer me $200 This is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. Waste my time. They will buy from people cheaper price and resale it as extremely very expensive. Very poor service and unprofessional I will not recommend any selling something in this store.

Today I drove from Semaphore to Noarlunga to buy an item which was advertised on gumtree only to find out it was sold. How long ago who knows but they still keep the add on gumtree adveradvertised

Bargains, sometimes. Check the prices before buying anything as sometimes they're not much different to buying new. Always worth a look though as you never know what you'll find that you don't really need but have to have anyway.
