Vinnies

On a day trip out with the family we decided to stop here to support the community of Echuca. We didn't realise we were going to be blatantly ripped off though. We purchased many items for $2 only to realise when we got home that the price tags we had paid had covered up a $1 tag with only 2 weeks difference. Happy to pay for said items but this is deception. Slowly losing faith in the credibility of charity organisations, particularly corporate ones.

Great customer service, very clean and organised.

Extremely overpriced and unaffordable compared to other Vinnies shops and op shops I’ve been to and purchased from.Can buy a lot of items they stock brand new for the same or better price.The sales lady was rude and seemed disinterested in sale or customer service and unwilling to discuss pricing.Ended up leaving the store empty handed due to the price and service received.

Went with my support worker and felt like things were over priced for the particular items we were looking at (unsure about other stock) there was a lot of things i would have been interested in - but didnt pick up/put back - one item had a low price. But turned out it had two tags and they said it wasnt their tag so it wasnt discounted. (My worker said they still didnt take off that incorrect tag though) my worker asked if they might budge on either price of the items they wanted - but no. So instead they lost a sale. I feel like she wasnt very polite in general to talk to. I put back the item with the two tags even though i felt it was a bit cheeky. Compared to one the other day where the staff chirped HELLO to every person who walked in and said sorry but i have to say hello to everyone who comes in. And it was impossible not to buy things at that shop, because she was so friendly. And i look forward to going back there. Whereas this shop not so much. But would still give them another chance because I'm sure not all staff are the same. And hopefully their prices fluctuate. Loved the books being in order of writers last names though! Very helpful!

Recycled, discounted and affordable. A great charitable gesture, to give back to the community, in many ways. We often tend to forget the past and the way in which charities have helped our family and communities, and that is meant for all organisations involved. Well done.

Nice little op shop. Cds and DVDs are cheap. Only $1. Can't complain.

Overpriced but clean and tidy

They were the best I think they are all angels sent down from heaven I am new to nsw & I got lost getting there they guided me to get there & then I got a parking fine for 70 dollars because I parked in the wrong spot I wasnt aware not only did they give me food in my time of need they somehow fixed my parking fine & I had no clothes they gave me a voucher to get clothes thank god for vinnies echuca I will never forget all of you wonderful ladies thank u so very much
