Electrodry Carpet Dry Cleaning Geelong

I’ve recently noticed I have carpet moths so wanted my carpets dry cleaned. The experience all the way from booking this service in to getting the carpets cleaned has been very well organised and professional.The time was booked in and confirmed straight away. I received a reminder email, text and phone call. Then on the day Rowan arrived exactly at the time he was scheduled and he was so lovely and easy going and efficient. He didn’t try to upsell and push anything else onto me either which was fantastic. The carpets look amazing and I’m really happy with the whole experience. It was so seamless and I’d highly recommend them to anyone. Will definitely use Electrodry in the future!

Rohan was on time & did a fantastic job. One of our couches was very hard to clean due to kids but he did a great job removing all the stains.

Booked 4 weeks in advance as we were leaving our home to travel & timing was of the utmost importance - didn't turn up for the 7.30am appointment, when I called they advised agent has resigned from company last week and they would reschedule for 11 days time!! Said they left a voice message on my phone which does not have the service. Extremely unhappy & would never recommend or use them againFURTHER TO THE ABOVE POST - UPDATE - I have been contacted by 2 representatives from Electrodry - this first offering a $100 credit if I took the review down which I declined & the 2nd apologising for how the matter was handled and offered to email a $200 credit. As yet I have not received an email with the credit so would have to disagree that the matter is resolved.UPDATE I have received a $200 gift voucher from Electrodry, due to travels will not be able to use till the end of the year but will update how it goes :)

Moving in got the carpets cleaned great job, then needed them redone had a few dog accidents, Troy was amazing on time explained what he was doing and was so professional even letting me know about air con cleaning great job great price and got spot cleaner for just in case

Extremely easy to book online and confirmed via phone call. Person on phone was easy to talk with and answered all of my questions. I was messaged during the week to let me know that the technician would be approx 30min late on the day, but was only 15min late. Technician who completed the work was friendly, polite and professional, completing the job in less than the 2h quoted. And the best part? Our couch is like new - the stains are gone and it looks (and smells!) so fresh and clean. Very happy with the service. Thank you!
