I would 100% recommend Knobel & Davis North. Kelly managed my rental property for a year, seamlessly, and took care of everything. We then had Keith list the property which had our house sold within no time, for what we were asking. The process was one of the easiest things I’ve ever done because they took care of everything. Extremely poor property management service for a landlord. Paid for a service that wasn’t delivered. Plenty of excuses. Between damage to the property and rental loss this is not a business to go with.

I rented my investment property through KD North for over 2 years. I found their service to be professional, timely and thorough. Kelly is amazing and very knowledgeable. I then asked KD North to act as the sales agent when I sold the property. Keith had a contract on the property within days and the transaction was smooth and effortless. Highly recommend!

Above and beyond professional. Tim assisted with all the details re buying our investment property. He knew answers to all our questions or researched the ones he couldn't answer on the spot. On our tight schedule he made himself available all weekend and at nights. He them assisted us in the rental of another unit when the leasing agent was not available. An amazing guy. Many thanks Tim.
