Worst Chemist ever,I asked were I could find panadoleI was treated like a drug addict??Then toldI'm sorry but I don't even know what your talking about??She then leads me to a massive wall of all the different kinds of ParacetamolThen walks away glaring back continuesly as if I were out of line??Not good Training or customer service!What happened to Chemist Assistants doing a Chemist Course Cert 1 minimum as a Must have qualification before hireing and lessons on how to treat a customer??Obviously hireing checkout chicks in Chemists the days??

Good for normal things you would find in a chemists like scripts and perfumes ect but also has a small post office

Worst chemist. Rang to check if they had a specific generic medication. Yes we have lots of boxes of that. When to get script waited 10 minutes for some to get script. Then when ready had made up label brand. I said no wanted generic brand. Oh we don't have any. Then wait another 10 minutes for shop assistant to serve me and the other people waiting. All the while you can hear the rest of the floor staff laughing and chatting

Worst customer service ever. Rude and abrupt. Website stated 10% store wide with some exclusions but clearly do not restrict baby formula as you can buy formula online with discount applied. However, the girl refused to scan the barcode from their own website and will not explain further. After exchanging a few words, she stromed away leaving me alone in the front counter. This was ridiculous.

Positives - friendly staff, lots of products to choose from, open weekends.Negatives - long wait times, AND I've been charged full price for prescriptions by poorly trained staff and was charged twice for a medication and when I questioned it management claimed that they'd forgotten to charge me the previous time. At best that's a pretty SLY way to conduct business.

The staff are so friendly and store is always clean , I just wish parking was betterBut the store it’s self is great and added bonus is the post shop ☺️

Sort out the pharmacy here. Horrible rude pharmacists. Thanks for completely stuffing up prescriptions and medication. Going to be without medication now so good job.
