Partner gets violently ill very quickly after consuming lactose.We ordered soy drinks, and they did not come out with soy.We got our drinks just before we left for the airport. Partner is vomiting and has diarrhoea as a result before and after boarding the plane.Thanks to your inept staff, it was a shocking 6hr flight to Bali.

The lady that served me on Saturday was very rude. She kept making me repeat myself because the music they were playing in the store was very loud. She proceeded to roll her eyes when I asked for the dressing to be put on the side. I ordered a coffee as well and she didn’t even tell me where to wait she just made me pay and proceeded to serve another customer.

I bought the end of day $5 packed salads on the 12th Jan.Since then I have had food poisoning symtoms. Stomach cramps and toilet trips every time I drink anything.Dont buy the pre pack food as you dont know how long its been.Very generic reply below. Does not want to help in anyway.

Long time breakfast customer. Quite sad to see most of the long time staff disappeared one by one during the pandemic.The mocha has been a bit of a hit and miss lately, but the latest barista has delivered and done so consistently! She even wrote a lovely message this morning. Thanks you for brightening up my day, though you've done that every time with the mocha!Also, thank you to the kitchen staff who continued to make my breakfast order, even if I've arrived too early. Sorry to have disrupt your workflow!

Never go here if you have any milk allergies. Specifically the one near Coles. The staff have no idea what they are doing and are useless. I have explicitly mentioned allergies to milk yet have been given normal milk twice and been so violently ill it's almost unbelievable. They don't even know their own menu. Seriously disappointed because I used to love the coffee here.

Nice healthy food, especially for breakfast. Often get the bacon egg roll, which stays fresh for the whole day. Staff is nice and service is fast. Conveniently located in the food court.
