I bought some spare parts on line. It was easy and fast. I found what I needed browsing by brand and model. Hence, there were a drawing of my appliance to confirm what part I needed.Perhaps, they could be faster in delivery but not too badGreat!

Except service with wonderful technicians who work hard to solve the problem. Saved our fridge and got us through Christmas!

I had an inbuilt microwave that stopped working on 1000kw but would still work on 800kw. A technician came out and tested the microwave and confirmed it was working on 800kw and I explained that it stopped working on 1000kw. He removed the back of the microwave and told me that the part require would cost $500. I told him that I didn’t want to go ahead with the repairs as $500 for a part seemed awfully expensive when you could buy a new microwave for much less. I told him we would just continue to use the microwave on 800kw. When I went to Next use the microwave it no longer worked on 800kw. I spoke to someone in their office who firstly said that the reason why it was no longer working was because we didn’t replace the part and that part was required to work on 800kw. I explained that can’t be the case because it was working before the technician touched the microwave. They did offer to send someone out but I would have to pay for the part then. It was obvious that they weren’t going to admit that the technician did something to stop it from working and it was going to cost me more money to go ahead and get it back to the working order it was in beforehand.

Ordered a replacement Breville steam wand on Friday afternoon - it dispatched the same day and arrived Monday in Melbourne. Works perfectly, very satisfied, highly recommend.

Clearly couldn't give a rats about their customers. If you're using them for a warranty claim you're their last priority. They will make you wait over a week just for someone to come out and say yep

The absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. I've had a stove top warranty job stretch out for over 7 weeks now and still not working. Part after part has been replaced and everytime it takes 2 weeks plus to get a new part. When I try to ask them questions their go to response is 'that is not my job'.At no stage has one of their employees taken any form of incentive and tried to expedite the process. They do not care that I have not been able to cook for my family.Worst company ever!!!! If I could give them negative stars I would.

100% happy with the support I got through the office staff and the man who fixed my fridge. The service man Larry was one of the nicest human beings I've ever met, and made sure everything was perfect before leaving my house. Exceeded my expectations cause I had a warranty job. But any and all future work I need will be through this contact. Larry was an absolute pleasure to meet. Glad to see people still actually care about their work and customers. Thanks

I called to ask about repair to my stovetop element, and received a quote for repair over the phone, but not for parts as they don’t know what they cost. When the technician came to look at the oven he said he didn’t have the part that was needed, so nothing was done on the stovetop but he asked for payment before leaving. I declined and said I would need a quote on the part before continuing with the repair as depending on how expensive it was it may not be worth repairing at all.When the company called to advise the price of the part, it was quoted at around 1/4 of the cost of a new oven, and with the repair fee was over 1/2 the cost of new stovetop. I didn’t consider this worth a repair, but the person on the phone said I still need to pay despite not actually getting any work done.So no free quote, not even a basic quote charge but even with no service this company still expects full repair payment is made. Terrible way to run a business. I would never recommend a company like this and advise anyone considering repairs to look elsewhere. I was referred to them by my usual repair guy and will be telling him never to refer people here again as well.

Absolutely blown away by the speed in which I received a part for my food processor. Ordered from NSW Thursday lunch time and received in Brisbane on Friday morning. Amazing service at a very reasonable price. Keep up the great work - I know where to come if I need any spare parts! Great job.
