Nicole Lamb

Lamb is unlike any yoga teacher I have been taught from - she has the ability to communicate to the youngest soul in the class, and share wisdom with the oldest soul in the room. She shares the gifts she has learnt through her journey with yoga in a light, approachable and warm way. She makes you want to return to the mat and to your practise, and is the perfect teacher for yoga that is 2022-ified. Current, vibrant and a human who is just meant to teach this discipline. I will always enjoy my practise with Lamb leading the room!

Lamb is a YOGI GODDESS!Not only is she extremely knowledgeable in all forms she teaches and practices but she’s a down to Earth human being and likes to keep it real! Her knowledge is endless and she’s always learning and expanding which is super important. Having a Dance Teacher background (I believe) has also given her the tools to be a great teacher and mentor in class, which I feel is extremely important. You can be good at your craft but not necessarily be good at teaching it!Lamb has a fantastic way of explaining and demonstrating giving you the tools to correct yourself comfortably and get to understand your body properly. She also caters to all levels giving alternatives when needed and great encouragement throughout.Lamb has also made these classes super affordable (even with her abundance of knowledge from all over the globe) which is amazing for people who have had to put off Yoga Classes due to costing.If you haven’t been to a class, it’s time to consider it!

I love the way Lamb teaches every class!You can feel the depth and breadth of her knowledge as she leads you through your practice- always supportive and without judgement. I love how Lamb offers the perfect amount of guidance whilst also inspiring you to apply your own body awareness to get the most out of the practice. There's usually also a sneaky challenge thrown into the mix, just for the experience of humility.I look forward to my Ashtanga/VF practice with Lamb every week!

I've been doing Lamb's yoga classes for 3 years starting at South Perth foreshore, then to Yoga Hub & lately at the East Perth foreshore. I love her classes. She has this ability to make you want to challenge yourself that little bit harder all whilst making you laugh with her (sometimes corney) jokes.Her classes are quite varied & you'll rarely get repetitive movements from Lamb. She's really creative about how she presents her classes, so it never gets boring.I actually look forward to getting out of bed at 6.45 on a Saturday morning for my yoga session. I look forward to see Lamb's smiling face & genuine warmth.

The minute I met lamb I felt warmed in her presence, she holds beautiful space in her yoga classes, connecting with everyone and teaching from integrity. Her yoga classes are fun yet focused and I leave feeling grounded yet light with a deeper connection to yoga.

Nicole (Lamb)'s classes are filled with beautiful insights and a deep feeling of embodiment. I always leave class feeling like I'm floating on a cloud. She has confident command of the space and a deep knowledge of the workings of the body from her lifelong career as a dancer. Lamb is accomodating of all levels of students and knows how to masterfully alter practices for every experience level. She is one of the finest yoga teachers in Perth.

After a few years experiencing Yoga I came across Lamb and she is totally fabulous. I practice once a week with my son and would highly recommend Lamb.

Lamb is probably one of the best yoga instructors I know in Perth! Her presence is so welcoming and warm and she makes you feel so comfortable in your body! She is truely one of a kind ❤️
