Heath and his team installed 2 units at our home. Responsive to our enquiry, quick and easy installation on the day despite some tricky circumstances. Would not hesitate to recommend.

BE CAREFUL GUYS.Advised them the fault and that the soft starter needs repairs/replacement as it was already checked by someone else. They advised they can fix the issue but needs to look at the issue themselves. I agreed. There engineer came, checked and found that the soft starter which I already advised to them is faulty. After a few days I received an invoice for payment for engineer visit and they advised me that the soft starter is not available anymore and the only solution they can give is to replace the whole system. I did some research myself and got the faulty soft starter repaired and my system is running fine now.So basically I paid them for there engineer to visit me to advise that soft starter is faulty which I was already aware of and already advised them before there visit.A professional would have done some research about the soft starter before agreeing for the visit and weather same soft starter is available in the market or can be fixed.

Our recycled ducted air conditioner died in late November 2020 so we were looking for a similar replacement. Affordable AirConditioning salesman thought outside the box when 5 other companies failed us, due to a difficult roof space. We found all Affordable staff to be courteous and friendly with a great clean up at the end. We can highly recommend this company based on our experience with them.

The Affordable Air Conditioning Team - Heath, Nick, Perry, Ben, and all the other fellas were great. We had a quote done within days of initial contact, Heath turned up right on time, then sent us the quote later that day. He went through all the options realistically and knowledgeably.We went with them for the full ducted reverse cycle system for our 4-bedroom house from Daikin. On the appointed installation day, the full team introduced themselves individually. They were all very warm and professional, and careful to advise and explain every step of the way when options arose re duct placements, controller placements etc.By the day's end, they felt like old friends.After the driving lesson" we were underway. The 16kW unit made short work of the recent 42C days.I would strongly recommend the whole Affordable Team

Called this business yesterday. They said someone will be in touch to arrange time.But did not hear back until end of next business day.At least someone can call and say they are too busy. Just so I can find another company.Thanks guys. Now I know not to call you again.

I couldn't have been happier with the service from these guys. Great help every step of the way. Haley, Heath and Anne Marie are all very pleasant to deal with and were quick to provide a quote and book installation of our reverse cycle ducted unit despite a 40 degree heatwave in Adelaide. On the day the 5 men that came to do the installation were polite and respectful of our home and our space and did a wonderful job. They worked all day and were out by 4pm. They were very careful of our old fragile home and ceilings and there is no damage. Great after-care as well, when I needed some advice on a noise the machine was making Haley knew exactly what I was talking about and told me why and how to fix it straight away. The Daikin unit with wifi control is awesome. We can switch it on and off from our phones on the way home from work or even if we're too lazy to get up off the couch. 10/10 company and product, would highly recommend.
