Went here for the first time today and Mario was BRILLIANT. I am such a fusspot with my hair and he nailed it first time; he really took care to listen to my likes and dislikes. Such a relief to find a great hairdresser in the hood. Thank you Mario!

We walked into see if we could get my son’s hair cut. Instead of being polite and explaining he was fully booked - he just barked, “Not a chance”. Then proceeded to mutter to his client under his breath. Rude and unprofessional.
