Coles Leichhardt

I bought a gift card from Coles Leichhardt and someone used my money. Customer service opened a case but has not done anything. It’s been 2 months and i’m still waiting for a refund.I tried to call Coles Leichhardt and phone rings and rings. No one answers and no voicemail service.When will I get my refund?

Good size, convenient location and opening times for us. Has all the products that we need and more. Clean and organised so you don't miss anything on your list. Staff also helpful when called upon

Went into Coles and saw this....What In Hell Is Going On.....??? Some 50-100 banners & flags at the entrance, check-out & thoughout the supermarket. My children exposed this.... What's going on Coles??? And Transgender flags all over too..which I find Insulting to women. Moreover the poor staff have to wear pins !...- I felt Excluded and Uncomfortable- ... What happened to family values at Coles? I will be shifting my grocery shopping to Woolis Leichhardt from now on. A better shopping experience anyway.....

I went to Coles at Leichhardt yesterday looking for Kent Pumpkin. They only had 2 on the shelf covered in mould. Disgusting. No wonder Harris Farm is always packed with customers and buying fresh produce. I pointed the mouldy pumpkin to one of the guys and he was embarrassed and took them off the shelf

Coles service and operations do vary. i haven't beem impressed with coles Leichardt . i go early 8am and they dont open the self check outs which means you need to cue up yo be served.I'm trying to save $ and will buy yesterday's bread (for toast) if im there early as it sells fast i have found this occur 3 times ! I've had to ask them to discount the day old bread and add a sticky label discount. Who has time for this! Time is precious !!

Coles, like Woolworths, are taking in record profits while jacking up prices and blaming inflation. Had to set aside groceries at the checkout as the total grew past $130. Didn't even get all the essentials.

Cool big coles in a small shopping centre and wasn't very busy during the middle of the day hektik or what

Great selection and wide range of products. A beautiful produce, bakery, and deli section which makes it a useful place to go in comparison to other supermarkets around the area which function as convenience stores.The staff are nice and the self service section is quite useful to streamlining the shopping process.

This review is based on the customer service I recently received at the self service checkout. I scanned a packet of cereal which scanned as $4.00 instead of $3.25. I questioned this with the staff member who said she would get someone to check. I continued to scan the rest of my items and by the time I finished no one had resolved my enquiry so I said to the staff member I will do it myself. The boxes of cereal were placed in the wrong spot and did not match what was on the price ticket. I took a photo to show the staff member who grabbed my phone off me to enlarge the photo. She questioned me as to what cereal was next to the one I was questioning as she couldn't tell from the photo. It's not my job to run around and do the work of a Coles employee. Maybe staff need a refresher course in customer service as I certainly didn't receive any.
