I went in there with a piece of glass stuck deep in my food, every time I stand on my heel it sends a shooting pain up my leg, for them to tell me it’s just a little cut. Pretty sure I wouldn’t have gone in if it was just a cut..

Dr Ford has always gone above and beyond for me and the other staff have all been great too.

Had been bitten by some sort of insect and had red blotches and swelling on my arm and chest. I rang Leongatha Healthcare and was told to come in.I was seen to immediately and was treated in a very professional manner by both receptionist and doctor.

Reception canceled my wife's appointment and then tried to tell her she rang up and canceled it then booked another telling my wife she booked the other appointment with a doctor she has never seen. Reception staff are rude and unapologetic. Also the clinic always is running behind schedule..

We had an emergency with friends who had severe food allergy.We walked in to the centre , staff , doctors, nurse were very lovely , helpful , understanding and assisted us till ambulance arrive ,I didn’t know how to thank everyone of you. Our friend could die with out you guys , just wanted to let you guys know we truly appreciate for what you all done and I felt you guys are from heavenMany many thanks

After having my second surgery ever in my life not only was I in excruciating pain, I was asked to leave by Dr Hugh Chisholm, at 8am he informed me that I was no longer in any pain. I've just had a fibrous growth bigger than a golf ball removed from my uterus and have not slept all night due to the pain.So as he is an anethesist he told me he can't prescribe me pain medication either,to take home.Up until dealing with his cold and jaded bedside manner the experience at leongatha hospital was great, lovely caring nurses .It only takes one nasty person who lacks compassion to rush you out and ruin what could've been lovely stay, I wish I had the confidence to go home when I'm having difficulty walking and just moving in general. And without pain relief, I would have to say this is the most sharp and horrible feeling I've ever experienced in my life.

We had somewhat of a medical emergency. The medical centre triage nurse was fantastic and took a comprehensive history and was very understanding and provided the reassurance we needed. In summary, we felt it was a very professional organisation.

I live quite some distance away and Called in passing through due to food stuck deep in my throat , the rude nurse redirected me to wonthaggi hospital stating they are too busy and don't deal with that sort of thing as obviously I'm still breathing and not an emergency ,and much to my daughters disgust , then rolled her eyes. This was always such a caring practise so took us by complete surprise. So thankful to wonthaggi hospital for their assistance in removing the offending material.

Absolutely exceptional care and follow up of their patients’ health!! Highly recommend!!!
