I bought my daughter a wetsuit for Christmas via ebay. It ended up to be too small. Well, this store went above and beyond to help. Fabulous communication and service. Was so easy to deal with. Able to easily return item and get a larger size. A+++

High recommend this store! The owners are incredibly helpful and patient. They listen carefully to what you are looking for and inform you on the range of products they have. I bought a leg rope for my new board, key storage security lock and wax. I will be back soon to get a new wetsuit suit. Excellent customer service!

Needed a steamer for swimming in and had the good fortune to speak with Morgan. He had sound advice, knew his product and explained everything I needed to consider about buying it. I have just purchased an Orca RS1 sleeveless wetsuit from Long Reef Wetsuits and couldn't be happier. As an inexperienced wetsuit shopper I am so glad I chose to shop local and benefit from the expert knowledge we have here in the northern beaches. The LRW team were fantastic and provided lots of solid advice about brands, weight, features/benefits and useage which was great. But most helpful was the tricky area of size and fit. Despite lingering reservations, I was persuaded to go as snugly small as possible....gulp...but as soon as getting in the water I knew I was in the right suit. It's so warm through the middle and I love the unrestricted arm movement and water-feel. Easy to add a base layer for the depth of winter. Trust the knowledge! Big thanks to the LRW team.
