Purchased DAN9TDO 60cm Built-In Double Oven All Black Finish. Very happy with the purchase. Delivery and Installation excellent. Area was left clean after installation with old oven removed. Will purchase again from Daniella Allpliances. Thank you Daniella.

This company is the embodiment of stellar Australian customer service. I was experiencing some difficulty with my dishwasher and they organised a technician who fixed the issue within the same week. Most of the repairmen I got quoted from charge additional money per hour but Daniela only charged me a call out fee plus one spare part. I am very happy and will be recommending their products and business!!!!

Appliance Exploded and then they are charging for repair.I didn't choose glass gas stovetop but I moved into the house with this stovetop. It exploded and they e-mailed me basically charging full price for an exchange.I called and went to their headquarters and got no answer. Had to e-mail.This is poor customer service in Australia and it's perfectly embodied in this company.This could have caused deleterious effects on my partner's health.Simply said, if it breaks due to no fault of my own, there needs to be some sort of reimuburesment for the damage made.

Would never purchase a Daniela item again! Unfortunately our builder forced us to go with this brand. So terribly disappointed by the lack of customer service.The customer service line would not assist with anything. Their customer service simply doesn't exist. We have been waiting for over 2 months to hear just about a product clarification query. Since 2 months they've been saying 'we are looking in to it'. Jeeeez!

The after sale service is beyond. I was told by my kitchen renovation team I would be looked after if I purchase Daniela appliances during my renovation. Warranty is on everything- fast forward 2 yrs, my warranty was over but the the team was super helpful and I honestly felt looked after. sometimes small gestures just go a long way. will be recommending Daniela Appliances to our friends and family going forward! Thanks team!
