Having chosen this agent many times over a period of more than 10 years (since Ms Guo was the best salesperson at fisrt national real estate), she has always been able to maximise the profitability of the seller with the most professional service.When I found out about 4 years ago that they had established Promise Land Realty agency and offered property management services, I handed over my investment appartment to them. Mr Xu's management and service is very good, the investment property has never been vacant even during the covid19 pandemic. Every time a tenant raised some minor issue with the property, Mr Xu always assisted us in finding a satisfactory solution for both parties at the least possible cost.I would recommend this agent to anyone considering selling or leasing a property.

Never choose this agent if you are a tenant. No ethic, not professional at all.Careful with this agent if you are an owner, bet the service provided will be no good with such unprofessional agent.First floor photo was sent after we vacate, it took a while for the handyman found this tiny little line. We fixed this anyway.However, they sent us the second photo of the cupboard after the second inspection, which this issue was never mentioned before. Then they said we need to pay $60 for this. I was like, can you even find any obvious damage in this photo in 1 min???They have no knowledge that the first inspection should be the final inspection and not suppose to add any new issues, not to mention this issue is wear and tear.After I said no, they tried to terrify us for tribunal. I was like ok, feel free then I made my own claim. Obviously, they knew they have no chance to win so they didn’t response to my claim and let us wait for 14 business day. Very nasty and disgusting.My lesson learned from this agent is that they will find every chance try to deduct your bond, trick people that they are the “professional”, don’t fall for their trap and fight back, claim the bond first, you will win eventually.
