Great service and clean facilities.

I have recently moved here from Perth and was in need of a new medical centre. The ladies here are amazing and have always been so helpful. They go above and beyond. Its reassuring knowing I have them there should my family need anything.

This centre and its doctors discriminate against the disabled. They refuse entry to medically mask exempt patients and choose to indulge there own curiousity over providing care to patients. They are racist, discriminatory and self serving.The desk assistants are also rude, arrogant and non caring.NEVER GO TO THIS DESPICABLE CENTRE!

Disappointed that I’ve had to change my doctor due to being mucked around and not given any info at all. I have been to this doctors practice since the very start of my pregnancy with the new female GP and every time was left clueless with not very much information as this is my first pregnancy and all my questions either unanswered or answered in the way where I am still left confused. Found out I was pregnant at 11 weeks and was told to come back every 4 weeks for a check up which was fine but I also asked if I need to see a midwife in which I was told I didn’t need to and only needed my appointments done by the GP herself. I also let her know that I was having a private gender scan at 16 weeks as to which she kept asking why and didn’t understand why I needed to have it done even though it was my choice due to being referred to insight which was only open weekdays and not weekends and I didn’t appreciate her not agreeing with something I wanted to do so that my partner could be involved. And also with my very last check up at 23 weeks the GP was very rough with measuring the height of my belly and pressed down with such force with her forearms. I was left quite sore and was nervous I hadn’t had any movement from my baby for two days. Now that I have changed my doctor, I’m having to travel an hour to see and have only just been given a pregnancy booklet documenting all my check ups, as well as my blood tests and everything relating to my pregnancy and have been given all the information I was supposed to have received in the beginning of my pregnancy. As well as having to catch up on all bloods that were never done at the start including a blood test to check my iron which came back very low that I had to fork out $150 to have an iron infusion which probably wouldn’t have needed to be done if the proper checks were done at the very start! And I have only just been referred to a hospital and visits with a midwife... which I was told from the start that I only see a midwife when I go into labour? I am 30 weeks pregnant now and have not appreciated being mucked around so much and having to only just manage to rush around getting all of this done now!

Staff here are personable and efficient things do go astray sometimes and bookings do have to wait but such is life. Nurse Mary and Office manager Karen are fantastic as are all the ladies.

Don't go there if you need help they have been more of a problem than anything else.No pain meds, no compassion, no help just on going abuse.I'll never be able to work in my trade ever again
