Very modern. Three bedroom units are very spacious. Views from the upper floors are amazing. Well kept pool are.

Great Ocean views and fully furnished apartments.Secure parking and awesome pool.There is a community room with books and some munchies (pay by coins)Reception is helpful and full of local tips.If you have a low car, don't use the front driveway. Park on the street. Once checked jn they give you underground parking.

Clean, well presented a apartments. We stayed a night in a 2 bed, 2 bath unit which faced the (distant) beach and was above the pool.It is a quick walk to the heart of Foster and the restaurants and it is a safe area to walk around.The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us a larger carpark spot for a large car we were driving.I would definitely stay here again.

Great apartments if you get the right one. Great location. Awkward to get in and out of the building, The design sucks but everything else is great and bed's are comfortable.

Very clean and spacious apartment with all the essentials you need. Great friendly staff. Own parking. Cleanest apartment ive ever stayed in. Definitely coming back. Keep up the good work guys.

Wonderful water view apartment and location to stay in for the duration of our stay. So close to all amenities, restaurants, beach and other areas of interest.The apartment was extremely clean and exceeded our expectations on all levels.A little noisy being close to town but this is to be expected and does not reflect on the apartments themselves which were great.Staff we dealt with were extremely friendly and accommodating which was lovely.Will keep Sevan on our list of regular places to stay!

The rooms were beautiful, comfortable and had a beautiful view. But the people were the best part! Shout out to the manager who gave us a bottle of tomato sauce!

Fabulous location, central to everything, exceptionally clean and nicely fitted out. 3rd time lucky to stay at Sevan, as had cancelled twice due to floods and other issues, however the staff have been amazing in helping us finally have our Mini break, so many thanks to all concerned, especially Rachel and Susan who went above and beyond.

Lovely and clean appartments. Comfortable and in walking distance to the beach and shops. Has most items if you were staying for a few days to a week and want to cook in. Has private parking below and and sizeable verandah area.
