Thanks Bob-not only did you deny that you were closing (as per Zara Heath’s post)-I went to your shop and found it empty!

I did order beef and lamb and even though I am happy to have had the option to order grass fed and local meat straight from the source I had to say that all the meat I had ordered was average at best that is both in quality and taste. Every cut of beef I had was tough and chewy no matter how I cooked it (Stir fry, pan fry, oven). The lamb also was not particularly tasty or seemed of good quality and even when in the oven, air fry or pan fry the lamb would come out dry and tough. No single cut of meat I received seemed of good quality or taste. I am extremely disappointed as I would have liked to continue buying local grass-fed produce but I feel for the cost this was not worth it.
