Domino’s Pizza Nowra
Would have been good if the food was hot like it was supposed to be, app didn’t tell us the progress on our order and the delivery driver left the food outside. No indication it was out there. By the time we called to ask where it was we were told it had been delivered.Please make sure the staff deliver properly by ringing the doorbell or knocking with some effort, it’s there for a reason. The door isn’t gonna bite and the door bell is a big box next to the door.

Am very disappointed with the food and service i got today. I ordered 2 vegetarian pizzas for me and my partner but one of the veg pizza had pepperoni in it and other one had chicken in it. Am religiously vegetarian and you guys made me eat meat or chicken very disappointed. Am not gonna eat anything from your restaurant and not even gonna recommend it to anyone. Even the pizzas were burnt and was not ready on time. Website was showing that it’s ready but when i reached there staff said it’s not ready yet. Seriously very very bad service and disappointed with this restaurant.

Absolutely appalling customer service, takes your money, then tells you they tuned the oven off 1 hour prior because they had no order'sbut answers the phone to be discussed by the treatment and not even a refund was given and told to call back the following day. Terrible attitude and so rude.

Ordered pizzas at 4pm to be delivered at 6pm. 4 pizzas 4 sides. 6:30 the app tells me the pizzas are ready in store. 6:45pm rolls around I call the store they said there was a mistake and they were re making the order. 7:10 the pizzas get to me cold. Delivery driver didn't have a warm bag or change! Paid $80 for $68.89 pizzas because he didn't have change. Was told I could go into the store to get change which defeats the point of paying twice as much for delivery. I called the store they offered to re make the pizzas. Nothing showed up!! $80 for cold gross pizzas that were over an hour late.

So disappointed, after calling for delivery and was told 40-50mins after overs 2 hours tried to numerous times to no answer. I gave up and called pizza hut. As soon as I hung up from pizza hut my cold domino's arrived. Was told sorry last delivery for the night and offered to go back to make me another one. I replied don't worry I don't want to wait another two hours and just didn't except the pizza. Pizza huts Pizza wasn't as good but at least it arrived a lot quicker then estimated and it was hot.

What is it about Nowra, I like Domino's in Figtree, but what I was served by Nowra I returned next day minus 2 pieces they offered to replace but if you can't cook a pizza the first time I'm not that that stupid I'd eat the same rubbishDon't feel too bad Domino's it's just a Nowra thing most of the fast food better somewhere else, find a town where staff show pride, not here the staff don't give a stuff they'd sooner be on dole, well keep serving rubbish your wish will be granted, next time I'll just get a kebab

The worst pizzas and service we’ve ever had. Always stuff the pizzas up, poorly cut, wrong toppings, wrong pizzas. This is on at least 4 times over a period of six months.We now get our pizzas delivered by Pizza Hut Nowra and haven’t had a single issue.Will never buy another Domino’s ever again.And don’t you just love the copy and paste responses they use on the poor reviews they get?

Good stuff. I got a supreme pizza and vanilla thickshake and they were on point. I got a good amount of jalapenos and anchovies too. Great price, good customer service and decent timing. My only criticism is that the pizzas are too circular. Otherwise good fast food.

If you're ordering a large pizza order two because they're definitely are not a large size and have minimal topping!! The premises itself leaves a lot to be desired. Do these people have any knowledge in food safety handling from the looks it l don't think they have. It's a shame your have to rate them one star they don't even deserve that!!

Wrong pizza, waited for 30mins to get replacement, no answered even after 30mins, I asked again and said i forgot. Its fine it happens on busy night. But Manager name Jacob not wearing hairnet with green hair, shirt not tucked in, staff and manager working with visible piercing on, staff not having name badge with having track pant on, no hair net, staff personal friend sitting inside without uniform, no gloves on while making pizza, where is food hygiene and uniform standard?
