Turbo Climb

Management is very rude when trying to bring a problem to their attention. When you pay for 1 hour of rock climbing, it would be great to get the whole hour instead of 45min when you arrived a half hour before your session (as the website said to do so when booking). Would not recommend.

My kids enjoy going to turbo climb but as other people have mentioned the staff aren’t as hands on as they could be and there is No aircon which is definitely not fun on a hot day. They just have a few big fans which don’t do much at all.

Can't comment on how good the climbing is. However I can come in on the service leading up to us trying to get a client. We were told on phone to come down and book as they had space, but after driving half an hour, we were told they didn't have any. Absolutely inflexible with no compassion in this particular case.

Good space for kids parties and entertainment.Didn't feel safe with young kids climbing without an adult on the other end. Those in charge and meant to be overseeing eveything is ok were casually walking around and chatting amongst themselves. Notably, there was clearly one yoing lady who was attentive and able to command the kids attention.

Staff were super accommodating and friendly, had a nice time bowling, prices were really reasonable.

Not adequately supervised as young children are left to be responsible to latch onto climbing walls without staff checking that they are attatched properly. Multiple accidents have occured from falls. I would do 0/5 stars if that were possible

Please update opening hours. Says open from 0930 everyday. Got there at 11 staff said sessions start at 5pm. Had drove 45 min away.

To reply to your request,Unfortunately it wasn't a pleasant night for all of us. Never been insulted in my life infont of my kids the way it was that night.The session introduction was really poor. The moment the instructor started with the safety information.someone at the front decided to put the music up. I wasn't able to hear any information he said.Secondly more then 25 kids were in there during the session supervised by two teen staff who ment to know what to do when something happens.Thirdly they used an automatic machine anything can go wrong at any minute and believe me your kids will be scared to death if they get stuck up-there before someone jump in to help . My 8 year old hurt her head as she didn't know what to do as it was her first time and the staff asked me be out as they can supervise!Lastly very disappointed , very unprofessional customer service.We had timing issue The other group of ours were 5 minutes late .Been told that other kid can't go in because the session has already started which i understand and they kept repeating the safety issues was the reason leaving the kid behind.Please note that my kids were late 15 minutes for the session last time and they allowed them to join.Let's not mention the attitude and the way she was talking to us .She kept using the safety as an excuseWhich I couldn't hear anything form the safety information and i was right next to the instructor doesn't make any sense!You could've just apologised and explained the new policy with manners. And i would've happily booked another session.To quote the lady behind the front desk which i believe she is the owner as she seemed very confident and has zero customer service experience your opinion is not important to me. Take your money and leave" i was completely shocked! At that moment.I got my kids out straight away.got my full refund and left very stressed and annoyed.Please let your staff do their job as they were more polite and professional to you customer then you are!Very disappointed!"

Zero star rating for me if i can select it. Staff wasn't nice. Manager is rude. We get food, drink do rooc climb and bowling play game and monkey maniac...still want to charge us $29.95 for the cake the we bring..in receipt say charge for ice cream cake...This is miss leading and fool service...First time and last time time or us.
