Great experience dealing with Central Coast Blinds. On time measure, made on time and beautifully installed. Staff were all friendly and efficient. New blinds look fabulous. Highly recommend business.

Fantastic service from a fantastic team. Megan was absolutely amazing helping us choose the blinds and curtains and Mark installed them with minimum disruption to our family. Cannot speak highly enough of this company!! Great to deal with, affordable prices and quality products. Will definitely use Central Coast Curtains and Blinds again in the future.

What terrible customer service! We have used the company on two prior occasions and were looking to spend up big on a third occasion. We walked in with our carpet sample and were told, “The carpet store is next door!”. Not a very professional way to greet anyone even if they are in the wrong store (plus we had the sample of carpet to match to the new blinds!!!!)Then we were told that the showroom doesn’t have anything that we were looking for cause it was all out on the road with the person doing measure and quotes. What a ridiculous way of running a showroom.Apparently they have only just got back from holidays and are flooded with work so don’t bother going cause they obviously don’t want business!! Horrible service Megan!I can see Megan you have replied. We were not worried about having our son with us we were quite happy to juggle with one outside and one inside as had already discussed what choices we wanted in the fabric. Sad to see making a comment about our 1 1/2 yr old that was sad to be there yes but we were doing the right thing and had one person wait outside with him so not to disturb.In regards to us having that service out our house we had already picked our fabric in store and someone came to measure up at our home. I think it is great people can take the fabric to their homes to look but if you are going to have a showroom and not purely be home based people will want to look at things so makes hard when everything is out of the store. Might be worth having set days for showroom open vs home visits or have only by appt in showroom so people with have selections when they come to look and not waste time.We have been very happy with service in past but sad to see that you were not welcoming this time and we both agreed once we walked out that you weren’t really keen to help compared to the last time when seemed so helpful that is why we came back.The point of reviews is for people to review and there was no attack in our review just a honest recount of our experience. Though what absolutely disappointed us the most is that you were so unhappy to receive a negative review that you looked up my number and called me and expressed your dislike at the review and how hard business has been. I had no need to discuss review with you and I understand myself I too have had to survive the last two years. I did. It hung up I said I don’t need to discuss and then said goodbye. So instead of being appreciative of being busy and happy to help returning customers.

We highly recommend Central Coast Curtains and Blinds. From the outset we had nothing but a more than pleasurable experience. We ordered Plantation Shutters and they were measured, made and installed in a very professional and timely manner. We will definitely be using them again in the near future for some Sliding Door coverings.

Great company to deal with. Mark (owner) completed the measure and quote, then did the install. He has an in-depth knowledge of the products and was a great help with color selections for curtains. It was great that he also completed the install and it wasn’t just some random dude turning up and I felt very comfortable leaving him in my home. The team at the show room were also great help and easy to get along with, they had years of experience, they also had direct contact with the manufacturing company of the curtains.Most importantly the finished product was of high quality and looked great. Also, we found their pricing to be very competitive and their quote was valid months after Mark did the measure up, which was good as they weren’t pushy that it was a “sale price” and payment was needed to secure that quote.Very good company and we will be using them again for sure.
