Issue: Toilet filling to rim and taking several hours to drop. Plumber arrived as instructed. Once on site, the representative requested my wife to flush the toilet that had been blocked. The toilet worked and said everything was fine. He didn't really want to check anything, even the septic tank. We still had the issue days later and arranged for the septic to be pumped. Nothing wrong with the tank. Called to get them to take another look as blocked again, but unable to assist for 4 days. He should have inspected the 2 meters of system pipe to the septic tank while there and we wouldn't be in this situation. Spent more time in vehicle then resolving. Might have found the underlying issue if acted on my wife's request ?

A number of my family members are very sensitive to our town water supply. We had fitted a filter that was doing a good job, but after a year we new we had to replace it. If you want reliable service and guys that know what they're doing Hydra-Con are the guys to get.We had a commercial hot hose put in and an underbench inline water filter and the guys just put it in and cleaned up any mess they made.How many tradies actually clean up after themselves.

I have been using HC Plumbing for the last 10 years. Bede and the team have helped with a replacement hot water system, a failed valve on a hot water system, the rough in and fit off for a new kitchen, replacing taps and fixing leaking taps and toilets. They also helped us out when tree roots got in our sewerage pipe, fixing the issue temporarily so we had toilets/showers until they could undertake the full repair works the following day. Their team has always been polite, courteous, helpful and have cleaned up after themselves. I can't recommend HCP highly enough.
