Floor/counter staff are extremely hard working, helpful and most of all friendly. It's a shame about the pharmacist, Joseph. They picked a doozy with that one, very unprofessional. We have chosen to shop elsewhere and have told many others to do the same.

Incredibly rude and unprofessional service from the Pharmacist on duty. Such a shame.I had my small dog in my arms and was asked to take her out. I accept that I made an error of judgment, however the manner in which I was spoken to was unnecessary. My issue isn’t about not being able to take the dog into the pharmacy, but the way I was treated. My future business will be directed elsewhere.

Incredibly helpful pharmacy. Dedicated to making sure their customers are assisted no matter what. When I desperately needed a script that is on backorder nationwide, the pharmacist happily assisted me to get my meds at a pharmacy that still had a small amount of stock. Thank you so much for the incredible customer service.

Outstanding, personalised service. I am from out of town but frequent the pharmacy for medication for my mother. The pharmacist has gone out of his way to help , remembering our names when we visit as well as offering delivery of medication. Support staff have also provided recommendations and been helpful. Great old fashioned service, well done to all!

The male pharmacist Joseph served me just after Christmas and was a legend. Great customer service and he really went above and beyond for me.While I was waiting for the script to be filled, I also had great service from all the assistants in the shop who all asked if I needed any help (I was in their for a little while waiting for my script) which was appreciated.Great range of products in the shop.Highly recommend.

We became permanent residents of Barwon Heads when we arrived in March this year after building a permanent home on a long owned holiday property.We were a little apprehensive about changing pharmacies having established an excellent relationship with our pharmacy back in Geelong over a number of years, but we needn't have worried. Joseph and his staff are not only very professional and friendly but went out of their way to make us welcome. We are now entirely satisfied after a very short time. Congratulations Joseph and the Barwon Heads Pharmacy.
