We moved into our property late October and it was clear that at some point we would have to replace the existing gas storage system as it was no longer efficient in terms of energy use based on projections for our upcoming gas bill.Australian Hot Water promptly replied to my online enquiry on a Tuesday night, had someone do a quote Wednesday morning, and after we were satisfied with the product and price for supply and installation, arranged the for the installation of the new unit and disposal of the old unit on Friday morning later in the week.
