Communication is terrible as it takes many phone calls to receive a response, talks herself up but doesn't deliver. First clean her team was 3 hours late and only one cleaner arrived but we had discussed 2 cleaners were needed. Half the clean was done in the evening resulting in a very sloppy clean. The next clean was booked 6 weeks in advance with a full list of the requirements. 24 hours before our Airbnb guests arrived I received a text saying the job is terrible and she is fully booked back to back and can't do the clean. When I asked what can she do, finally after an hour I received a text saying sorry". Totally unreliable and unprofessional."
