The team are professional and explained each step, timing, products, what to expect. The complex (Tugun area) had some significant issues due to neglect over many years. The finished result is above owner expectations and looks unreal. They (NCR) also went above and beyond the call to assist with other minor details. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
