Went in the store the other day and straight away the manager approached me and assisted me. She was very nice and helpful ! The whole staff was super friendly. Will definitely come back!

Staff extremely rude, especially the one spoken to today at 330pm to let us know their eftpos machine was down and that they were only accepting cash despite the pandemic and restrictions. Either way I understand technical difficulties, however her lack of professionalism, customer service and empathy to convey the message- disgusting & unprofessional! (Service rep with the glasses and pink top on today!) How do such people get hired when they lack mannerisms in interacting with customers?

I went in to dotti yesterday and the girl working Mariyam was extremely helpful she came up to me straightaway and helped me pick out an outfit for an event I had last minute. I will definitely be back!! A great example of amazing customer service ⭐️

Was in Dotti yesterday afternoon and the staff were extremely rude. Didn’t acknowledge you even when I went to pay I was just stared at, zero communication except for when she told me the end price which was circa $50 more expensive than anticipated and when I double checked with her it turns out she had forgot to include the discount. No apology was made and no “have a nice day” just scanned my items and shoved the bag in my face. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life! (the ladies name printed on my receipt was Selina)
