I feel bad giving such a terrible review because the manager seemed nice, but unfortunately the quality of drinks (how they were made, I usually like Chatime tea at other locations) were SO BAD. The milk tasted stale, and went I went back to ask for a new one the manager insisted that she thinks I must normally get the brown sugar milk tea (which is not true, I know my order that I’ve bought hundreds of times before) anyways I said I would try the brown sugar one to be agreeable and hoping surely it must taste better than the first one they gave me. Unfortunately it tasted even worse. So disappointing for $7

Incredible service the best I have ever had and with the machine's it's so easy to see the options I use to go to gon chai but I now go to chai time. overall 10/10 I recommend you check it out

Sorry I hate doing this but every time we buy a bubble tea here, the bubbles are never fresh and it is hard as if it's been sitting in the fridge overnight. I get bubble tea cos I love bubbles but so disappointed everytime
