Staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly with full of knowledge of products. I needed to go in to purchase a few items and with the help of one of the friendly staff there I managed to purchase what I needed and was confident on my purchases. The store is well stocked, neat & tidy, & prices are comparable to other similar stores.

Poorest service ever. I ordered office furnitures and they said it’s going to be delivered next day. I took day off just for the delivery and skipped my appointments. Later I came to know it will be delivered the following week. What a disgrace and so unprofessional. Your business might run unprofessionally but not ours. Will never recommend again.

Diabolical. Rude staff who are not aware of company processes and policy.Placed an order for Click and Collect, website showed item in stock. Called the store the following for an update only to be told the item is out of stock in store and in the warehouse. Staff member on the phone was rude and kept talking over me. Was advised to call the customer service 1300 number, they can transfer the item to be collected at another store. Called the 1300 number the following day (Eastern States) and this is not correct. Had to cancel the order and place another order at a store that had stock.Unbelievable a company as large as Officeworks does not facilitate transfers between stores.

Visited the Belmont store this morning and had the most pleasant experience. Amelia, a positive happy young lady who was so helpful. Wish there are more young workers like Amelia. With that positive helpful attitude, I’m sure she will do very well in life. Thank you so much, Amelia.

I stood at the check out where you have printing jobs done and the staff didn’t serve me for over 20 minutes. This had a massive line up, Cassandra and another employee didn’t serve customers for awhile.I had back surgery and had to stand in pain while waiting to be served, if I know I was going to centrelink I would have wore my back support brace.

Absolute devastating customer service. Made an order online, they decided to split delivery first order gets delivered second order -a week and days later is apparently nowhere to be found in their system. Called the store three times ...time I was kept on hold long enough to tame a stallion just to be told I can call the 1300 number and ask for a refund or re submit documents. What an absolute joke! I've always liked officeworks The Morley and Vic Park are excellent. Will stick to those ones. This ones a complete joke

I wanted to price match a memory card. They wasted 30 mins of my time getting 4 different staff members to parade through and try to find any technicality to not honour their own policy.Terrible customer service. Ordered one on Amazon for the same price and next day free delivery.
