Programmed Skilled Workforce

Truly disgusting service. My partner applied for a job through programmed and was met by rude staff at every turn. the final straw was when she called experiencing difficulties with their online portal to be told after completing every other step that she wouldn’t be suitable for the job and she would be better off applying somewhere else.Having heard what they had said to my partner as I was sitting next to her during this call, I called back to see what the case manager had to say. I was greeted by Ben the same staff member my partner had spoken to, who gave a large audible sigh of frustration before abruptly transfer me. When I connected with Mahalia the case manager she proceeded to lie about the prior conversation assuring me that was not the case, not realising I was in fact present the entire time and had heard the entire conversation.This is truly disturbing service. No one deserves to be lied to and belittled for trying to better there opportunities and I am absolutely appalled these staff members should ashamed of themselves. This isn’t a matter of whether or not my partner got the job but the dishonesty through the situation. Truly cannot express how disappointed I am.

If your looking for work, highly recommended, within a month of signing up with programmed I had a job and I'm about to start full time with the company they set me up with.
