Flying Domestics

We love our flying domestic goddess she is amazing, friendly, efficient and above all she listens to our needs and helps us maintain a hygienic and safe home especially in our recent environment! Highly recommend this business and thank you for your efficient and timely service!

Vicki comes to our home every fortnight. Over 4 hours, she helps clean everything from the bathrooms, floors, dusting and even helps hang out any laundry that's been washed. She is an immense help for me, as I have 2 young boys and run a business while attending to our family's daily needs. Since being introduced to Vicki over 3 months ago, I wouldn't have it any other way. She is punctual, careful and trustworthy. I love the state of my home after each of Vicki's cleaning session. Absolutely fabulous. We have been using Flying Domestics for a while now, and they have been fantastic. My husband is FIFO, I work fulltime, have 2 kids and a big fluffy newf so I don't have time to do a thorough house clean. I'm very fussy with the products that get used to clean mostly due to our dog, as she is very sensitive and reacts to most products.After enquiring with flying domestics, they called and we discussed what we were after in a cleaner and within 24hr I was chatting to the lovely Pauline. As I'm usually at work before she comes I don't see her often, but there is still plenty if communication.I have recommended flying domestics to my family and friends, one of the best decisions I have made, and also helped me keep my sanity.

Unfortunately haven't had a great experience. Initial cleaner was great. Then had to change cleaning days due to changes in work. One cleaner came, not entirely sure what they did despite explaining everything. We had to go back over the entire house. Organised for a second cleaner who left after 90 minutes despite being booked for 3 hours. Didn't ask if there were things that could be done. What was cleaned was not done well anyway. Hopefully don't get charged for the whole 3 hours. Will need to clean the house again after. Sorry but disappointed.

My experience with flying domestics was nothing short of fantastic!! The housekeeper arrived on time with a smile and a go to" attitude.Nothing was a fuss and the entire service was effortless. I recently bought a cleaning service as a group baby shower gift for a close friend. She was delighted! The staff at Flying Domestics made it so easy to set up and it feels great to know my friend will have some help at home when she needs it most.

We used to use them so called when we decided to utilise their services again, naturally they were our first call. We were told they would call me back to confirm when we could expect the cleaner... that call never came so I called some of their competitors and soon had the position filled.

I have been a loyal customer of this business for 20 years and I have never had a bad experience. The cleaners are thorough punctual and careful. I cannot rate their service highly enough. Fantastic company and staff.

Having used Flying Domestics for two end of lease cleans now, I have found the service and attention to detail nothing short of exceptional. They are prompt, easy to deal with and do a very good clean to the extent that both times we received the full bond back. I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone requiring similar services.
