Manager having a power trip at 3:59 saying we can’t order a special meal that needs to be ordered before 4PM. Made it so awkward and kept staring at us while eating.

I wouldn’t even give these people one star the food came out cold, the two females one in front of house and the one with tattoos Manager in back of house could not have been more unhelpful and to be honest have the look of not even wanting to be there. We wanted toOrder. Rooster roll and ripper roll combo and bluntly told no more rooster rolls so we ordered a chicken and cheese combo and ripper roll and everything came out cold or barely Luke warm so they’d been sitting out the back for some time.. Disgraceful.

Went in for a Job Interview.I was told the person interviewing me would be roughly 20 minutes because she's driving from Gold Coast.Proceeded to wait 30 minutes for the interview before i just walked out. If they're going to treat a prospective employee like i was and make them wait 30 minutes without communicating or apologising, i certainly don't want to work there

After about 20 years of avoiding Red Rooster, I have just discover Red Roosters Chicken Wings, which are delicious. However, after going to the Red Rooster at Hyperdome today my 3rd recent visit in 20 years. I was really dissappointed in the flava wrap which was recommended by the cashier, which was cold and not nice. My chips were warm, with one that had a bright green tip, whats with that? The wings were still good. But someone needs to quality check. Not sure, if you have convinced me to come back to your chain?

I ordered a flayva wrap and as I went to eat my flayva wrap, It had no chicken tenders on it whatsoever! Just lettuce and sauce! One of the girls tried to basically say that there was evidence of chicken on the wrap when their clearly wasn’t! I’m glad that they remade it! But I wouldn’t just go out of my way to walk from my work to the restaurant if their was chicken on the wrap!

not so good customer service. the lady said she thinks adding on a drink is $2 but didnt say it was $3.50 and just added it on without telling us. Disappointed. Its like scamming and giving out false information.

No fried chicken (at lunch time).4 onion rings in the serving.Tenders were more like fingers, so small. Chips were soggy and barely warm. The guy who served us was not interested in anything.

These ladies need training in customer service. They just stand around talking. I waited 15 mins just standing there to order while they stood there chatting. The dark haired girl is so rude. The rooster roll chicken was cold on the inside. Food is yuck and the customer service is terrible. The manger needs to do some training and help there staff learn some manners. Look at your reviews.
