Horrible service and communication. Wanted a reverse camera installed and was told it would work with my stock head unit, I booked the work in and when I went to pick up the car I was told It is not turning on and I just have to go to VW to get the head unit turned on.. So I did and VW would not help as it is an aftermarket camera.I'm not sure why I was told the job could get done when they clearly never had the computer to turn the reverse camera on in the first place if I had know that I would have gone else where..The owner told me he was buying the computer to turn it on and it would take up to 6 weeks to get it, he finally got the computer and I called flat out to arrange a time to get this sorted and he just kept stringing me along with excuse after excuse. The work was done on the 13th of August and now in December I still have not had this problem rectified by this company they have simply just ignored and hoped I would go away. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Craig and his team are fantastic. I took my Holden commodore wagon to install a sub woofer and an amplifier. They done the job professionally and i really liked the tidiness and clean installation as I'm very sensitive to any electrical work in the car due to my background. The total cost was very fair and even I think he could charge but he didn't. Other places charge more but not close to this quality. I extremely recommend Craig for his professionalism.Thank you Craig

Great friendly company. Were very helpful with quotes and helped answer my questions in relation to what cables and looks I would need prior or if I couldn't find them independently; they could offer me their looks for an additional fee. There were no hard sales tactics and we will be going with them in future.

Craig was extremely helpful and informed. I had never used sound deadener before and he took the time to explain to me what I needed to know so I could do the installation my self. It’s now all back together and it has made a big difference to the road noise in my Landcruiser. I’ve posted some photos so people can see what his products look like installed. Very accommodating as don't have too much time off work fitted me and installed new head unit. Installer was professional and went extra mile. Can't fault will have no issue using for future installs and highly recommend.
