Telstra Castle Hill

I had the best experience in castle towers with one the ladies in store I will be in contact to get the correct spelling of your name to contact head office. I came in with my 8 month old baby scared to death it would take ages and he would have a meltdown.I had built up the worst case outcomes before I went into the store.It was the best experience she was so kind and helpful plus super fast!! I was in and out even I left my ID and she rang to make sure I got it before I left the Westfield. Amazing services was super happy!

Atrocious customer service at this Telstra shop. Was sent to the store by the business internet phone support people to pickup a replacement modem (my business internet was down). Clearly this was urgent, well it was urgent to me. Told I was too late in the day for the transaction. I protested but was told in no uncertain terms to leave store. Didn’t leave, said I would sit & wait for service - they needed to help me as my business internet was down. Staff were completely unmoved, they couldn’t care less. Eventually realised I wasn’t leaving so begrudgingly looked up my details and accessed information from the ticketing system from the business internet folks. Now the cruncher, they told me I needed to pay for the modem, even though they knew it was a replacement for a faulty modem. I refused to pay for it, no way - they were asking me to pay out of spite - they could see all the ticketing information that proved it was obvious this was a replacement for a modem that was faulty and had been in place for less than 4 months. Terrible customer service, don’t go to this store. Rude, arrogant, mean, and unhelpful.

Never answer the phone and never call you back when you leave a message on the answering machine like it asks. Tried multiple times. Pretty poor. Tried a different store, no issues.

I work very close to this store and travel past it some 12 times a day, I have had many many experiences and every single one has been rude. I do not recommend this store. Go to rouse hill instead much better service

Got Business NBN package from Castle Hill store. Greatly appreciate the service of Samreet who attended to us. She knew what she was doing and she was also very keen to do her job well. She was kind & caring to follow up & see that we got everything right. Best wishes Samreet, keep up your good work, hope all in the industry develop such good attitude & provide a good service to all. HK

The staff don't know anything, lack of listening skills also. I wanted one product specifically but not listening to me, they proceeded to try sell me something else AND then not telling me in the first place that they did not have it in stock (or lied about that too). They also claimed they couldn't do something I requested, when in fact it can be done as its states clearly on the Telstra website FAQ's! Liars. Avoid the Castle Hill store.

True colours of employees show when reporting product issues. I was rudely welcomed to the store when I was asking for the repair of faulty phone and requesting loan phone for the time of the repair. The supervisor or store manager and one of the attendants are very offensive telling me that it's all my fault and should not be given any loan phone. Very poor customer service.

The woman who assigned staff yesterday was the rudest most arrogant person . Have no manners and no knowledge of anything. Made us wait for a return of a faulty product which we got three weeks ago and interrogated and treated my husband with disrespect even though my husband heard the manager said to replace it, she insisted that there is no product in the store when we can see that there were. Eventually after more than 30 minutes, of being bullied, the store replaced a new one . We have been a Telstra customer for more than 25 years. Some people who think they have a bit of authority over others take it too far. She should not be in a job that is customer service. DO Not go to this store!!

Went to this store with my 90yr old mother, to get a home phone connected, was told we don’t do that in store, call this number, got home called the number they said yes that store can do it obviously got fobbed off by 2 sales assistance, then spent almost 2 hours talking to 2 Telstra guys who were very helpful but it should not of taken almost 2hours just to get a home line connected, it’s still not sorted they said call back , come on Telstra you can do better
